Full Registration, Presenting Author and Young Member fees include:
- Access to all conference sessions Monday 6th November – Wednesday 8th November
- Morning tea, lunches and afternoon teas as indicated in the programme
- Ticket to the Welcome Reception, Monday 6th November
- Name badge
A ticket to the Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fees as the event is sold out.
Student Registration Fee includes:

Day Registration Fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions on the day selected during registration

Terms & Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
- If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.
Cancellations:
- Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify atc@theconferencecompany.com of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.
- If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of NZ$150 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 11 October. Cancellations made after that date are non-refundable.
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the Conference you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Conference which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Conference.
