ATC2023 Submitting Authors' Declaration

By submitting an abstract and possibly a full paper (Hereafter: the “Scientific Work”), you declare the following:

  • I am / We are aware that the submitted and finally accepted version of the paper will be published as per ATC2023 organising committee’s arrangements. Hence, the submission of the abstract & full paper constitutes the consent of all authors to publication (e.g. Conference website, program, proceedings, open-access publication platform etc.)
  • I / We declare that the submitted abstract/ full paper is original, has not been published or presented before and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere (The Scientific Committee recommends all authors to verify their abstracts/ full papers against Duplicate publication or plagiarism using a free online plagiarism checker before submission).
  • I / We declare that all sources used are fully acknowledged and all quotations properly identified.
  • I / We confirm that there are no known conflicts of interest associated with the submitted Scientific Work presented in the abstract / paper.
  • I / We confirm that I / We have given due consideration to the protection of intellectual property associated with this work and that there are no impediments to publication, including the timing of publication, with respect to intellectual property. In so doing I / We confirm that I / We have followed the regulations of our institutions concerning intellectual property.
  • I / We confirm that the abstract/ full paper has been read and approved by all named authors and that there are no other persons who satisfied the criteria for authorship but are not listed. I/ We further confirm that the order of authors listed in the manuscript has been approved by all of us.
  • I / We warrant that no part of the information and content of the abstract / full paper submitted to both ATC2023 Organising Committee or any other party that act on their behalf (Hereafter: the “Organisers”), nor the publication of any its contents by the Organisers (either in the conference proceedings or in open access web platforms) infringes any third-party rights, including but not limited to privacy rights and/or intellectual property rights.
  • I / We grant the Organisers a copyright license to reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the text of the full paper on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive basis.
  • We understand that the Corresponding Author is the sole contact for the review process. He/she is responsible for communicating with the other authors about progress, submissions of revisions and final approval of proofs. We confirm that we have provided a current, correct email address which is accessible by the Corresponding Author.
  • I / We herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the work.
  • I / We understand that the presenting author must be a registered participant.
  • I / We understand that the Organisers reserve the right to remove from publication and/or presentation a Scientific Work which does not comply with the policy described herein.
  • I / We understand that I / We should suggest a specific Topic for the allocation of the submitted abstract / paper as per ATC2023 sub-categorisation of the conference theme. However, I / We understand that the proposed topic allocation will be reviewed by the ATC2023 Scientific Committee which reserves the right to change the Topic under which the Scientific Work was originally submitted.

Note:

Any request to add or remove an author, or to rearrange the author names, must be communicated with the Scientific Committee abstract@atc2023.com by the corresponding author of the accepted abstract/ full paper. Written confirmation (signed letter) from all authors indicating their accordance to the addition, removal or rearrangement must be sent to the Scientific Committee. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed.
